Getting Ready for the Next Big Step with PreKindergarten!
The goal at Love ‘n Learn Educational Child Care is to prepare your child for that next big step in their educational career! Before they go, however, we work hard in the PreKindergarten program to ensure their readiness.
We use the Creative Curriculum for PreSchool, and follow the Ohio Early Learning Content Standards for PreKindergarten for the best results.
To further help prepare your child for kindergarten, a kindergarten readiness assessment is given to each child. Since children can enter kindergarten with widely varying skills, knowledge, and levels of preparedness it is critical to know your child’s readiness for kindergarten in advance.
Understanding where your child is with their skills can help eliminate future frustration, and allow them to receive any extra needed help to enhance those areas that need work.
The low ratio in our Pre-k program of one full time caregiver to every 12 children is also a great way to give your child the care and attention they need and deserve!
